| The Chester County Fire Chiefs Association announces the Annual John Stout Memorial Golf Outing, scheduled for Monday, May 4, 2026, at Whitford Country Club in Exton, PA.
This event brings together leaders from the fire service, public safety partners, and community supporters for a day of golf, networking, and honoring the legacy of John “Pup” Stout.
Event details are as follows:
Location: Whitford Country Club, Exton, PA
Format: Four-man scramble
Shotgun start: 10:00 AM
Cost: $180 per golfer (includes golf, cart, refreshments, toast for Pup, and prizes)
Spots are filling quickly. Foursomes are being reserved, and organizers expect the outing to sell out again this year. Those wishing to attend are encouraged to secure their spots as soon as possible.
Sponsorship opportunities are available and encouraged. Sponsors help support the fire service community, gain visibility among regional fire, EMS, and public safety leaders, and showcase their organizations at a respected event.
Sponsorship levels include:
Chief Sponsor – $2,500 (includes foursome, on-site presence, and premium visibility)
Deputy Chief Sponsor – $1,000
Assistant Chief Sponsor – $500
Hole Sponsor – $200
Fire Company Special – $700 (includes a foursome and hole sponsorship)
Sponsorships are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Partners and vendors are encouraged to commit early.
The registration deadline is April 11, 2026.
